Refunds and cancellation

If you contract as a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless you consent to the digital service starting before that period ends.

Paid features may become available immediately after purchase. In that case, under applicable law, withdrawal rights may expire once the service starts with your consent.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from account and billing settings. Paid access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for incorrect charges, technical issues or duplicate payments. Payments are processed by Stripe.
